Transparent Ears 7 min. single channel video projection with stereo sound, 2008
(in collaboration with the imaginary viewer)

While staying at the NEON residency artist filmed a video diary (or a video letter) dedicated to the imaginary viewer. The whole diary consists of approx. 5 hours of video material. Transparent Ears is the fragment taken from the abovementioned video diary. In this fragment one can see author dressed in black shirt and jeans, smoking several cigarettes at the same time, desperately wanting to take a piss but waiting for the last minute of the video tape to end. This whole footage is slowed down to resemble the strange solo dance and accompanied by the musical soundtrack specialy prepared for this video.
